The best online store for electronics!! I have ordered many items from them and all have been dispatched within 24 hours and arrived within 72!! The prices are more often then not the cheapest around and the service is second to none!

I have ordered 4 cds all of which have been delivered quick and well packaged and have been at the best price I could find those cds for. The Christmas sale is very good on play! Great store - have ordered from them many times and have always been satisfied. Goods usually arrive within 3-4 working days. Once had an order that never arrived, but e-mailled them and the money was refunded the next day no questions asked. Only thing is occassionally things seem to get delayed a bit, but I have a feeling this is more down to the Royal Mail than to Play.com! Read Full Review »

I have used Play many times, and I highly recommend them. The delivery always arrives within a few days of ordering. They have a very broad selection of music, books and DVDs, and I have found them to be consistently the cheapest on the market.
I agree that they sometimes have items out of stock, but it is very easy to cancel an item if necessary (unlike tesco.com- avoid!). Read Full Review »

Unacceptable customer care. No number available for those outside the uk - despite them delivering there. Delivery time was much slower than stated - in my case missing the Christmas deadline - even though the order was placed in time as their processing took a few days.
