I've used Play many times and have always been satisfied. Often though, you need something to go wrong to fully assess a service.

Excellent price for nearly all items. Everything I have ordered has arrived quickly and any pre-ordered items have always arrived on the release date. Only problem I ever had was when a DVD I bought had been damaged in the manufacturing process. I received a refund within a week of returning item. Read Full Review »

Delivery is prompt, and the item arrives in good condition. The website is easy to use, and ordering and paying is simple.
