My daughter and I have used Play.com numerous times and since she lives in Central America it is great for her to be able to shop for family gifts and have them delivered to me for free.
We think Play.com is wonderful-Competitively priced and we have always had prompt service.

i have always found play.com to be very gd but recently i perchased an item and it was broke on arival!!!!! it will cost me the items price to send it back and there is no email contact on the site itself for me to put in a complaint or ask for help, i will not be using the site to order any thing other than dvds again i am very dissapointed by this. This site has been superb for the time that I have used it and hopefully shall remain so.I generally order new releases or should I say pre-order,and I usually get them on the day of release so I no longer buy from a Supermarket anymore as they charge about a quid more.I can get cheaper elsewhere but they do not deliver as quickly as Play.To sum up if you want a good-priced item with fast and effe... I found it easy to order the item from Play.com but thats as far as it went! Item remained as 'order placed' and no further activity, despite them proudly saying "item usually shipped within 24hours". No updates, no money taken...I gave up and ordered elsewhere. Read Full Review »

I have used this store on a number of occasions now and can only say that I have found them to be nothing less than superb. The CDs I have ordered have always been in stock and delivery has taken no more than a few days at most.
