Rude customer service takes 5 days to

Rude customer service takes 5 days to tell you an order has a problem and then will do nothing to help you get the order on time order placed the 16th last order date for xmas delivery 18th they send me a email on the 20th then can't deliver in time even though the problem is due to a fault on their website
