Printware was founded in 1989, and has grown to become the UK's number one reseller of colour laser printers. Printware.co.uk first went live in 1998, and was quickly followed by a string of e-commerce sites including ameiva.co.uk which was our primary online shop. In Jan 2009 all the experience gained both on and offline was consolidated into just one website.

Problems with printer on arrival - now

Problems with printer on arrival - now resolved. Ameiva will not take the printer back - I feel very much hung out to dry. I understood they would - but they will not. They consider I'm being "fussy" as the printer now works (after engineer visit) - the risk is all mine - the printer now works - so i can basically lump it. The printer I consider to be a lemon - a matter of time before the next problem - but they are not interested as it is now worth less ( 2nd hand and problematic) - I agree - but the risk is all mine.


At the moment I would not recommend them - cheap prices but cheap service when things go wrong. Buyer beware.
