    I ordered a CISCO1721-VPN/K9 from hardware.com, whom I found through Yahoo. Received confirmation that day from the account manager dealing with my order which was a good touch. The day after I was contacted to say the router had been dispatched and I received my order on time. From start to finish there were no problems.
