Tried to order same item from 2 other

Tried to order same item from 2 other suppliers and they had no stock. There was a delay on this order but I was advised and reassured that it would only mean 1 day delay. The item was delivered at 8.30 am, very efficient. It is refreshing to have such excellent customer service in an online company. Others should take a lesson.
