I purchased a portable DVD player on behalf of our local drama group. I contacted 3 Wise Monkeys on two occasions before purchase to ascertain that the player would meet our specific requirements. Both times my questions were answered immediately by a very helpful and knowledgeable representative. Questions answered satisfactorily,I placed the order. E-mail confirmation followed with links to track the order with the carrier. Next day the parcel was delivered.So my experience with this supplier has been entirely satisfactory in every respect,and I would not hesitate to recommend them.
