I have been very pleased with the service that I received from this seller. I ordered a Nextbase Portable DVD player before 3pm and it arrived as promised the following day. They emailed me following my payment with details of the delivery process. This was followed by an email confirmation of the item being despatched. They did exactly what they promised.

I rated them a 3 for Availability as my first choice DVD player (the slimline version) was out of stock.
