All of our products are 100% genuine, boxed and as you would find them in the High Street - we do not sell testers or unboxed products. We only list …products that we have stock, usually over 3,500 and all of our orders are dispatched within one working day. Our customer service lines are open Monday to Friday from 0900 until 1700 and we aim to respond to all emails within 24 hours of receipt. Even though I paid extra for Parcel Force delivery so that the present arrived within 3 days because of the Postal strike - it took nearly 2 weeks for it to arrive. I had no answer to my many e mails only an automated rply to say some one would get back to me which they never did! Then they could not find my communication!
