All of our products are 100% genuine, boxed and as you would find them in the High Street - we do not sell testers or unboxed products. We only list …products that we have stock, usually over 3,500 and all of our orders are dispatched within one working day. Our customer service lines are open Monday to Friday from 0900 until 1700 and we aim to respond to all emails within 24 hours of receipt. The product I ordered was a foundation, shade 020. It arrived in a timely manner and when I opened the packaging I discovered it was shade 030 inside the packaging. The company dealt with my complaint very promptly by sending me a replacement (which had the exact same problem - 020 on the exterior packaging and 030 on the bottle inside).
