We only list …products that we have stock, usually over 3,500 and all of our orders are dispatched within one working day. Our customer service lines are open Monday to Friday from 0900 until 1700 and we aim to respond to all emails within 24 hours of receipt. Have used Cheapsmells numerous times with no problems. However on two occasions, including the latest order, I received a bottle of Clarins eye make up remover which had leaked a lot whilst in transit. It was the same product both times, so guess it doesnt travel well. They sorted it immediately and send a replacement out before I had chance to return the original, so all was well in end.
