We only list …products that we have stock, usually over 3,500 and all of our orders are dispatched within one working day. Our customer service lines are open Monday to Friday from 0900 until 1700 and we aim to respond to all emails within 24 hours of receipt. Excellent price on this product, cheapest by far. Simple ordering. Was emailed to say my item was being dispatched, but it then took a few days longer than I thought to arrive. This could have been the postal mail rather than CheapSmells though.

delivery said 1-3working days and took 6days but think it was to do with all the royal mail strikes. when i phoned on the 5th working day the girls got was very helpfull and told me to ring back on the 8th day if i had not recieved it and they would chase it up (it did state to contact them after the 8days if you hadn t recieved it) would use again though =D Read Full Review »
