All of our products are 100% genuine, boxed and as you would find them in the High Street - we do not sell testers or unboxed products. We only list …products that we have stock, usually over 3,500 and all of our orders are dispatched within one working day. Our customer service lines are open Monday to Friday from 0900 until 1700 and we aim to respond to all emails within 24 hours of receipt. The only criticism would be over the packaging. I ordered three items on the same order and all three came in separate boxes with more than adequate packaging material within each box. I have recycled all of this but was it necessary in the first place? Great service other than that. Read Full Review »
