We only list …products that we have stock, usually over 3,500 and all of our orders are dispatched within one working day. Our customer service lines are open Monday to Friday from 0900 until 1700 and we aim to respond to all emails within 24 hours of receipt. I had to wait for my delivery very long and in the end i just cancelled the order as I had purchased the products already somewhere else but I think it is just fair to mention that the delivery was most likely affected by the postal strike.
It was the first time I ordered something from cheapsmells.com and in overall I have to say they are amazing and I love it!!! :)
