    Even though I paid extra for Parcel Force delivery so that the present arrived within 3 days because of the Postal strike - it took nearly 2 weeks for it to arrive. I had no answer to my many e mails only an automated rply to say some one would get back to me which they never did! Then they could not find my communication!
