recently purchased what I perceive as an expensive bike online £400+
It was said to be in stock on line but I had to phone them to find out that the product was out of stock ! I had done lots of research into the product that I had chosen and was not happy that I had to choose another product. They offered me an alternative at a very competitve price, but yet again their stock system failed them after the transaction had gone through again ! The alternative was oofered at a most agreeable price and made me very happy indeed. My only trouble is that it took several phone calls from myself to see that the problem was sorted.
