I placed my order on the 4th of December and after several emails to them to find out what had happened I was finally called on the 19th of December and told the package had been returned to them. The post office made no attempt to deliver the package, althought Perfume Point say they did. They then told me I had to pay again to have it re-delivered. Order accepted,payment taken from account
then nothing.
After nearly a week I emailed,the reply stated
that the goods were not available and I should have
been informed also that a full refund would be made.
Since then almost a week has passed with no refund
and the failure to reply to my last two emails on
this matter.
I would look elsewere to make my purchases.
