Do Not Order from this website!

I placed an order on the 15th december for a christmas present from this website as I was impressed with the reviews. The first problem I noticed was that I never recieved an email invoice and I found this unusual but thought nothing more of it. I then recieved my first email from perfume point 5 days later saying there was problem with my order and to ring them before 3pm on friday 19th december and they would upgrade my order to first class post. I was unable to ring on this date and when I rung on Monday 22nd december I was told that they would not be able to dispatch my order before christmas even though it was meant to be a christmas present and I found the lady I was speaking to very unhelpful. I rung again today on 2nd January as my order still has not arrived and I was informed my order would only be dispatched on monday 5th January, Three weeks after I placed the order! Again I found the staff at customer services rude and unhelpful.

I ordered perfume from another website on the same day and It arrived within 3 days with no problems! Please save yourself the trouble and dont order from this website.
