15 months ago I bought a washer dryer from Pixmania. Recently it broke down I called an engineer to be told that it was beyond repair. I contacted customer services by e-mail and phone supplied photos and a written statement from an independent engineer. They have told me I have had it 12 months and it is not there problem. Despite repeated assurances the adapter plug never arrived and none of the documentation was in English. For an equipment ordered in UK the documentation has to be in English or you are just not doing your job very well. After care was non-existent! Read Full Review »

I ordered my printer which was very easy

I ordered my printer which was very easy to do and later on received an email saying that my order will be delayed. It should arrive between 5-7 days. Even though it wasn t delivered within the specified time when I first ordered it, I was fully informed of the progress of my order.

I have used them in the past with no problem, it maybe just a minor problem. I wil however use them again. Read Full Review »
