The prices are quite competitive and if the item is in stock, the order could be quite straightforward. However, it is difficult to contact customer services; I had to wait to be put through for a considerable time (greater than 15 minutes)in order to have order information confirmed. The price was good but the service was not. The product did not arrive on time and when I emailed about this they said it was not in stock and had did not have a date when it would be in. They took days to process my payment and I got so bored of waiting for them that I just cancelled my order and bought it from someone else.

They are impossible to contact about your order. If anyone ever manages to speak to someone at pixmania I ll give them a million quid! The only way the communicate is by e-mail.
