Product was in stock when ordered only to find out 5 days later that it was out of stock. I asked to cancel the order, which they agreed to do. The then went againt my wishes and sent the camera to me after I had bought one from elsewhere. Read Full Review »

I ordered a product that was shown as in stock and with a delivery of 5 days. One week later the item had not arrived. I called pixmania customer services and i advised them of the lack of delivery only to be told the item was still in the warehouse and there had been an error. I buy a lot of stuff on-line, I would consider myself a very competent internet user. Pixmania s on-line ordering is clear and easy to use, and the initial product turned up in a few days, no problems there.
