    The fridge I bought was in stock, as described and was delivered when it was supposed to be, the only problem were the delivery people who got into an argument with my wife insisting the time we were due to take delivery was earlier than we were told through the tracking system, they were unpleasant and their attitude stank even though we had the time in black and white.     Excellent service.
    I found what I required very easily, the price was very competitive.
    Setting up the account was straight forward.
    I received an e-mail plus a follow up phone call to let me know what day the goods would be arriving, then I got a call from the delivery man to let me know the time that he would be delivering.

    I recently bought a freezer from Pixmania. Excellent price - almost £250 cheaper than nearest rival. Ordered on Sunday, delivered on Tuesday. Very good service.

    Only gripe is that Currys, who delivered, insisted on coming three hours before they were supposed to and I had to leave work and come home specially. Not so good. Read Full Review »

    I bought a new dishwasher from Pixmania. When they delivered and tried to install it they broke my tap, left a leak and I had to pay over £200 to get it fixed (Emergency plumber call out!)

    I ordered a TV which was showing on the site as being in stock. It wasn t, so I cancelled the order. I received a refund for the TV but 3 months later am still awaiting a refund for other goods included in the same order, and the delivery charge for a TV that was out of stock! Read Full Review »
