    Cooker was easy to order & the price was very competitive. There was a problem with the delivery where the delivery agent had been given the wrong address by yourselves & delivered a day late as they had to ammend the delivery notes.This made things very inconvenient as I had made arrangements.     Poor customer service.
    I requested to cancel my order which was acknowledged by Pixmania.
    The item was sent anyway, several days after my cancellation request.
    Slow delivery - 5 working days

    Ordering was easy and they organised delivery quickly, changing the date to suit me. They phoned the evening before to confirm the delivery time and it arrived when it was supposed to, with two delivery men to carry it, unlike some other companies which only send one (a problem with heavy items).
