Took a number of phonecalls to find out

Took a number of phonecalls to find out when I would recieve my netbook.
Finally collected it in person as it had been 10 days since inital order.
I ordered from this website as it showed that they had the product in stock & I presumed it would be sent fairly promptly. Wasnt given an explanation on why there was a delay with dispatch.

We apologise for the delay in delivery. We have two types for delivery, a standard delivery for 2-3 working days and an express delivery for 24-2 days. None of the options deliver during the weekend.

You can follow the progress of your order in the Pix&Me section of our website.

You can track you parcel from the time that the courier registered your parcel in their system.

This merchant is based in France and sells French stock to the UK market, which is why prices are so competitive. That was something that I was not aware of until I had placed my order and found a link to download my manual in English. We ordered this on a Sunday and it arrived on Tuesday... very efficient ordering system, brilliant communication.. the delivery people even called us to say they were 15 minutes away.
