Another one of those stores that are fine (not great though, package tracking is broken, via their online interface, only working correctly when using the link in the 'order dispatched email' they send) until something needs to be returned.

If you stick to their rules you are fine, but my niggles are that a wrong item was sent in a deal pack. (Wrong spare battery for the camera I bought). They want me to send the whole pack back so they could change the battery and send a new pack back, but I d already used the camera so did not want to risk it. Product not available even though website continued to show In Stock for several days after I was put on back order.
Customer helpline very unhelpful as they had to refer all my questions to head office with a two day turn round time

All in all a very unsatisfying experience that mean I ll never use Pixmania again and definitely recommend to everybody I know to avoid them Read Full Review »
