I buy a lot of stuff on-line, I would consider myself a very competent internet user. Pixmania s on-line ordering is clear and easy to use, and the initial product turned up in a few days, no problems there. However when my initial order (an LCD TV) had to be returned due to dead pixels it was without doubt the worst experience of an on-line purchase I have ever made by a long way. I made the mistake of ordering a replacement item from them, which it transpires they did not have in stock and could not tell me when it would be. They sent me a load of contradicting e-mails, I made 10 phone calls to them in all trying to sort out the mess they had created, loads of time and phone costs wasted due to their completely inadequate and shambolic after-sales service and returns process. Still waiting for my initial product refund nearly a month later. They are simply to be avoided if after sales service is required.
