I ordered a product that was shown as in

I ordered a product that was shown as in stock and with a delivery of 5 days. One week later the item had not arrived. I called pixmania customer services and i advised them of the lack of delivery only to be told the item was still in the warehouse and there had been an error. The advisor told me the matter would be looked into and i would be contacted by e-mail to advise me of what had happened and when i could expect to recive my product. I requested a supervisor call me instead. I recived no call, no e-mail of explaination and no e-mail to advise me when the item would arrive. It arrived this morning....late as i needed it for the weeekend. Pixmania obviously don t care about their customer service standards and the £600 i was going to spend on a digital camera from their web site will be spent elsewhere!!!!!!!!
