15 months ago I bought a washer dryer

15 months ago I bought a washer dryer from Pixmania. Recently it broke down I called an engineer to be told that it was beyond repair. I contacted customer services by e-mail and phone supplied photos and a written statement from an independent engineer. They have told me I have had it 12 months and it is not there problem. They are not interested in the UK Sale of Goods act nor are they moved by UK county court action. This company has been a nightmare to deal with and with a family to keep with clean washing I have been left with no other option than to get my credit card company to charge back the purchase. Very bad it should also should be noted that this company also believes it is above the law in Denmark as well and has featured many times there on consumer watch dog programs.
