I decided to change my first order and did find it hard to cancel it. I spoke to a some one on customer services who said they would cancel it for me, but they did not. I then tried to e-mail and got an automatic reply saying that i could not cancel an order via e-mail. Finally I found out how to do it on line, but it took a bit of time searching. Once I made the correct order, the delivery was very quick and I was very happy with the product. Pix mania is definitely good value for money. The only down side I found was the fact that you can?t have e-mail contact.
