Took a number of phonecalls to find out

Took a number of phonecalls to find out when I would recieve my netbook.
Finally collected it in person as it had been 10 days since inital order.
I ordered from this website as it showed that they had the product in stock & I presumed it would be sent fairly promptly. Wasnt given an explanation on why there was a delay with dispatch.

Happy with the product, but dispaointed with the service I recieved.
I would use them again because of the good prices they offer, but would collect in person rather than wait for it to be posted/delivered

We apologise for the delay in delivery. We have two types for delivery, a standard delivery for 2-3 working days and an express delivery for 24-2 days. None of the options deliver during the weekend.

You can follow the progress of your order in the Pix&Me section of our website.

You can track you parcel from the time that the courier registered your parcel in their system.
