Product not available even though

Product not available even though website continued to show In Stock for several days after I was put on back order.
Customer helpline very unhelpful as they had to refer all my questions to head office with a two day turn round time

All in all a very unsatisfying experience that mean I ll never use Pixmania again and definitely recommend to everybody I know to avoid them
