Another one of those stores that are fine (not great though, package tracking is broken, via their online interface, only working correctly when using the link in the 'order dispatched email' they send) until something needs to be returned.

At that point it's a constant hassle of trying to find contact info, national rate phone numbers, limits on the amount of messages you can send them, slow refunds and general botched service all round.

Unless the saving you're making using them is huge, then avoid - it's just not worth it for a few £s.
