Our fridge arrived ok, but there was a

Our fridge arrived ok, but there was a fault on it and we had to send it back. I had a nightmare trying to get a replacement, I was referred from one tele number to another and spent an hour on the phone calling 0870 numbers, which cost a lot to call particularly when on each number I had to listen to all the speel and press this number and that and then was left on hold for ages. I was put through to Currys they said speak to Pixma, I rang Pixma they said you need to speak to Currys and so it went on. I would think twice about using you again. There should be one number clearly displayed on line and I should have been dealt with immediatly.
