after placing order and checking

after placing order and checking tracking of printer was in stock it was never delivered and after four days contacted pixmania customer care I was told that the printer would be delivered on the fifth day after many phone calls and e-mails I was told that the printer was not in stock on checking on line the printer was in stock but at different price I was then informed that a credit for the full amount would be credited to my credit card all that I wanted was the printer that I had ordered.I then placed the printer order with misco.co.uk which was delivered the the next day.
