Initial customer care was disgraceful -

Initial customer care was disgraceful - 3 emails replied to incorrectly. I was then advised they have got rid of the company they were using for customer care due to complaints and were now using Pixmania staff for customer care - much much better ! Read Full Review »

Placed an order for a DGNB2100 netgear

Placed an order for a DGNB2100 netgear router, but received WBN2100 model instead. Included in the box was an invoice and return label for another customer whom the exact same thing had happen to!
