Really pathetic and useless

Really pathetic and useless company.

Purchased an item that still has not arrived after a month.

They have failed to reply to a single email I have sent them. I have sent them dozens.

They lie about having items in stock and dispatching items in 24 hours. It looks like I am going to have to contact my credit card company to get a chargeback done.
