I have heard good things about Mouse2House, including their great free delivery and great customer service.... HOWEVER:

I needed a cable and opted to use Mouse2House because of their great prices, free delivery, and good testimonials. The cable was also shown as being in stock.

The ordering process was swift and easy. Full marks given for this area. A confirmation of the order was received immediately.

A week later I hadn't received the cable so checked their T&C which said if the goods haven't arrived within 7 days to contact them. I also noticed that the Email confirmation was not an acceptence of the order.

I Emailed the relevant department to see if: 1. My order has been despatched (I hadn't been notified of this), and 2. How long delivery is likely to be.

24 hours later I have not received a reply to this Email.

I feel that the service offered has been poor. The next day delivery might be true but I don't know yet because I'm not sure if the order has been despatched yet, even though the item was in stock at the time of ordering. A lack of a reply to Email seems also to be poor practice for a company that has apparantly won "2005 Best Small Business".

Be cautious.
