Delivery due on a Friday was postponed until Monday as the lorry had broken down, otherwise a very easy ordering and delivery process. Didn t like being phoned beforehand by someone who appeared to be connected to Sainsbury s assuming I would insure the fridge-freezer for an ongoing monthly sum that would be taken via the credit card I d used to pay for the item - I had to quite forcefully resist ... Ordered a washing machine, delivery agreed. 24 hours before delivery we were contacted by Sainsbury s to tell us no stock available and delivery would be 16 days later.

Sainsbury act as an agent for Rangemaster, and therefore our order was passed to rangemaster directly. They have to make the cooker from scratch so delivery was 6 weeks! not much good, a in my case, my present cooker is broken! Read Full Review »
