After being given a 4 hour delivery slot the evening before with mobile phone number handed over and agreement that the driver would call the mobile one hour before delivery (so we could arrange for a neighbour to sit in if the arrival time was in the 30 mins when I would be walking my kids to school).     As my appliance is not being delivered until 21st January, I cannot rate on-time delivery, but I found the on-line system of ordering very easy to use and I also spoke to Saindbury Customer Services to check that they had received my order and they were very efficient.
