    I ordered a tumble dryer from Sainsburys on-line (thru Kelkoo site), the service was excellent. a text message to follow up the email delivery date given on line. delivery was on the date given, with a reminder the day before that it would arrive. it came completely unpackage so no rubbish or polystyrene to dispose of myself. thankyou Sainsburys.     The only problem I had was that I made a slight error in the product code which ended up costing me £70 in returns and redelivery. Sainsbury s were fine and helpful, but I do warn everyone to double check what they have ordered with all internet orders. I wanted a Bosch double oven code HBN13M551B and I ordered HBN13N551B.
