    Excellent updating of order progress following aceptance. Fridge/Freezer delivered on time. Did not work, 85 year old mother lost £30.00 of food. Told by Sainsbury to report problem to Zannusi. Zannusi found Pump fault. Told Sainsbury wanted a new one. Told to phone Zannusi to check progress. AEG Electrolux told me to call distribution.
