    I ordered a washer dryer and had no problem with the ordering process. However delivery failed twice as Hotpoint did not deliver to the couriers that Sainsburys use. On both occasions I was not informed that there was a problem, I had to do the chasing.     The product could not be delivered on the day specified even though I had received a promotional phone call 3 days ahead of the specified delivery date. That phone call tried to sell me insurance of the machine I had not yet had delivered.
