    Excellent overall but the promise of giving you a four hour delivery slot is not as useful as it is made to sound. You are not informed of this until the evening before delivery and hence I had to arrange a day off work anyway! It would be far more useful to be able to organise this at the time of ordering.     Problem when ordering - Mobile Phone

    Problem when ordering - Mobile Phone number is mandatory, which causes a problem when I do not have one.

    Left a message on my daytime number in the evening on delivery time. Wish they used the other, home number.

    Ordered two items, one turned up with very nice delivery driver, excellent communications all the way; but they d lost the second item in my delivery.
