    Everything was going so well, communication was brilliant
    delivery within minutes of promised time, unfortunately
    the correct item delivered was the wrong colour !!!
    We are having to wait another week and delay our electrician

    Excellent delivery service - Phone calls advising timeslot for delivery made as promised and the item arrived within the hours advised.

    Delivery men said they could not get the

    Delivery men said they could not get the old fridge out as it was bolted down somewhere, bearing in mind that we paid for it to be disposed of it was disappointing to find that it lifted out very easily, was not bolted and by this time they had been gone for half an hour. This means we will have to dispose of the fridge ourselves (not good).

Product was as described, delivery arrangements were confirmed by e-mail and telephone, delivery staff were polite and professional, and item was delivered within specified timescale.
