    The delivery person was supposed to follow a procedure that was not followed and made me uneasy about it.

    Although shown in stock, was not. Original and second delivery date not met and still no sign of the machine. By way of compensation had the cheek to attempt to sell me a reduced price extended warranty.

    the staff at sainsburys were very good, however they contract their deliveries and the guys that delivered mine dropped it on the drive. They didn t tell me so lucky I saw them do it! Sainsbury s were very apologetic but I couldn t get a replacement for a week. Read Full Review »

    Very good prices and delivery staff were excellant.
    Only let down by the delivery scheduing. Notification 12-24 hours before delivery is not very helpful and in this case they did not contact us until the morning of delivery despite having 2 contact numbers. Read Full Review »
