    I ordered a heavy appliance and clearly advised there was one flight of stairs to bring it up, however the people who delivered seemed unprepared for this and moaned a great deal about having to carry the item up. I was made to feel it was my fault for ordering the item, rather than the companies fault for not supplying appropriate equipment to enable them to move the item. Read Full Review »
