    Appalling customer service - failed to deliver twice and wasted many hours of our time on phone - they keep promising to sort things out and phone back but never do - the delivery is outsourced to a "logistics company" who are useless, don't turn up on time and when they do say they can't deliver the items they have brought in the lorry because they are too heavy.     Booked a date online and accepted but got a call to say it wouldn t be delivered until 2 days later

    The night before call to arrange delivery didn t happen. Got a call at 7.30 on the day.

    Everything this company promised, happened. From a call the evening prior to delivery with a delivery time, a call the morning of delivery from the driver with a 30 min advanced notice of arrival to all packaging being removed and the appliance put in place after I was given ample opportunity to inspect it.

    What a stress free way to order your appliances! A change in the order, the subsequent part refund and change of delivery date were all handled most efficiently by the telephone consultants. I did have to telephone to re-arrange the delivery date as I hadn t heard from Sainsburys subsequent to changing the order. Maybe they just hadn t had a chance to get back to me! Read Full Review »

Sainsburys immediately charged my account but then informed me that the item is out of stock. They promised to give me a status update on 20/08/08, which was not done.
