    Did not get the phone call the day before as promised to confirm the delivery slot. Received a call from the delivery team early on the day saying they were coming at 2pm but came at noon. Good delivery service.

    We ordered a fridge/freezer from Sainsburys on 12/08/08. After receiving our payment, Sainsburys informed us that the item was out of stock.
