Sainsburys not only had the cheapest price, but were very friendly and helpful when delivering the goods I ordered, which was a fridge freezer and a washing machine.

Took payment even though they didn t have stock. Didn t contact me until over two weeks later to say they would refund me but that it would take another week or more before the refund could be processed. First delivery date phone call mid day to say not coming and will deliver next day. Next day no delivery, phoned and was told could not be delivered until next week. Next delivery date no delivery. Phoned again and was told not being delivered. Canceled order. Money had been taken and told it would be 7 days before refund.

Sainsbury website was good, however it did not advise me the product I had chosen was out of stock until after I had completed the order!
